That’s the myth I wanted to bust on a recent podcast talking about the future of online education.
"People think AI will kill online education...and take the value of information to zero.
Instead, what it does is it wipes out 80% to 90% of pretenders that aren't true educators.
It'll expose those who aren't masters of their field, who don't truly embody their methods and aren't inspired to serve others. They're the ones just in it for a quick buck.
They've just been using generic information from ChatGPT packaged up with sexy marketing and hype, and selling fluff for the info gold rush from the last decade.
Instead, we'll be left with the few that are capable of turning information into implementation and implementation into transformation, which is the mark of real mastery in the online education space, that AI can't replace.

It’s not the death of learning.
It’s the death of fluff.
The educators who survive this shift?
They’re not the ones chasing massive launches and flexing numbers.
They’re the ones obsessed with helping students get real, lasting results.
They’ve lived what they teach.
They’ve built something before teaching it.
They’ve created frameworks that aren’t just generic methods.
They’re hard-won, deeply human insights wrapped in process.
At Time To Build, that’s been our obsession.
And it’s why our student feedback at the end of each cohort is a variation of this line:

That’s the bar now.
Not big launches.
Not beautiful pages.
But transformation.
