At one of Australia's leading universities.

2 offers from Big 4 accounting firms (KPMG & EY).

And valedictorian with an H1 subject average.

And yet - despite having climbed to the top of the ladder, everyone else was climbing.

It wasn't the right one.

(At least not for me).

The truth is, we've inherited a broken blueprint.

The remnants of an outdated pathway from the Industrial Revolution.

We were taught to pick one lane, specialise early, and grind our way up.

But in the modern economy today?

That’s a one-way ticket to burnout and boredom.

​

So I spent the last decade zigging and zagging.

Freelancing. Failing. Starting over.

Not because I’m flaky - but because I was collecting data on myself.

And after reading Robert Greene's 'Mastery', David Epstein's 'Range' Seth Godin's 'The Dip' I realised I was following the 3 phases of the modern career arc.
